Certified Wellness Coach Level 1
Wellness Advocates model, inspire, and advocate for wellness in diverse settings and populations. They work at the grass-roots level to increase the capacity of individuals and communities to undertake wellness activities and embrace the goal of thriving. Wellness Advocates’ first step is to work toward improved wellness for their own benefit. Then, they focus on those around them. They foster constructive conversation about the process of change in informal settings and by leading discussion groups, workshops, and acting as community wellness resources.
On completion of the training, Certified Wellness Advocates will be able to run “Wellness Workshops” with peers and subordinates using training materials supplied towards the end of the course.
The course is online and self paced, so you can learn when and where it’s convenient for you. Although 6 weeks is the suggested time to complete, the system allows you to take up to 12 months to complete.
